Eau'dacity: Private Event Terms of Service

1. Payment & Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit of [$89] is required to confirm your event date and is applied to your final total.

  • Final Guest Count is due 48 hours prior to the event.

  • The Remaining Balance will be sent to the client’s email for the confirmed guest count is due before the experience begins.

  • Late Payments: A late fee of [$55] will be added to any balance not paid within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.

  • On-Site Add-Ons: All add-ons purchased during the event (including last-minute guests or bottle upgrades) must be paid in full the same day as the event.

2. Host's Financial Responsibility

  • The Host is the sole point of contact for payment and is responsible for the entire final balance. Eau'dacity is not responsible for collecting individual payments from guests.

  • The Host is responsible for covering the cost of any guests who fail to pay their share.

3. Last-Minute & Non-Paid Guests

  • Any individual who joins the blending table and handles the perfumery materials (including beakers, vials, or scent notes) will be considered a full participant and charged the full "additional guest" price, regardless of whether they receive a notebook or bring their own bottle.

  • This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid by the Host the same day as the event.

4. Host Responsibilities (Space & Safety)

  • The Host agrees to provide a clean, well-lit table (clear of all food, drinks, and personal items) and a safe, stable space, ready at the agreed-upon setup time.

  • The Host is solely responsible for all non-participating guests, children, and pets, and agrees to keep them safely away from the immediate blending area.

  • Liability Waiver (Property): The Host assumes full responsibility for their property and the actions of their guests (paid or unpaid). Eau'dacity is not responsible for any damage to the Host's property caused by the Host, their guests, children, or pets (e.g., guest spills wine on a rug).

5. Product & Safety Liability Waiver

  • All guests understand that all materials are flammable, high-concentration, and for EXTERNAL, COSMETIC USE ONLY. They are not to be consumed.

  • The Host agrees to inform all guests of these safety warnings.

  • Eau'dacity is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or illness. Guests participate at their own risk.

  • Outside Food & Drink: Eau'dacity is not liable for any illness or adverse reaction related to any food or drink provided or consumed by the Host or guests.

6. Ingredient Acceptance

  • The Client understands that all palettes are curated by Eau'dacity for the best experience. By paying the deposit, the Client accepts this curation.

  • Allergy or ingredient requests must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.

7. Disputes & Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Host: Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancellation by Eau'dacity: If Eau'dacity must cancel due to a verifiable emergency (e.g., accident, illness), the Client will be offered a choice of:

    1. A full 100% refund (including deposit).

    2. A rescheduled party at a 34% discount.

    3. A set of "DIY Kits" mailed to the Host and a virtual consultation for a significantly reduced price.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: The Client agrees that any dissatisfaction will be communicated directly to Eau'dacity within 24 hours of the event to allow for resolution. The Client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback before this direct resolution process.
